Our success is based on a comprehensive team of professionally trained, warm and caring staff.  Our team works intimately with Dr. Small and our patients to serve you.  The majority of our team has over 10 years of experience with Dr. Small.  Every member has many years of relevant experience.  All are specialists who focus on specific aspects of your experience and treatment care:

Our Team Concept

It takes a full team of highly trained staff to support the very best caliber of practice that dentistry can achieve.  Our unique practice delivers "the extreme" in team numbers and co-ordination to provide caring, seamless, "concierge" service, the entire range of professional dentistry (from hygiene to comprehensive reconstruction to exquisite cosmetic dentistry.)  To include our Dentistry Asleep duties and focus even more teamwork is necessary.  During much of typical day, Dr. Small is with a patient "asleep" and may rely on our extraordinary group of professional staff to assist you while he cannot.

The demands of excellence in dentistry combined with our special anaesthesia services requires that the doctor focus almost exclusively on that delivery.  

Some aspects of the practice including some of your care that can be performed by another team member as well as by Dr. Small is delegated to a highly trained professional team member who works together with Dr. Small.  This concept  assures the highest level of service and dental care.

Of course, even though he may not be required for help some aspects of your service and care, Dr. Small is always available to attend to any need you may wish him to personally address.
